Delia was invited to speak about using social media for business at Santander’s first Breakthrough In Branch event. There was a great turn out of local businesses. From a show of hands, a good 80% of the businesses in the room use social media as part of their marketing strategy.
So what could Delia teach the novices amongst the audience whilst also engaging the pros? With that in mind, Delia reflected on how to assess your social media return on investment (ROI) in the context of your overall marketing strategy. Her aim was to be thought provoking so that both novices and pros could leave the room with useful actions to implement and consequently make a positive impact on their businesses.
