Finalists for the third year running at Merton Best
Having won Best New Business in 2016 at both the Merton Best Business and the FSB London awards, we are keen to build on our success. Now we have been established for more than three years, we were able to choose to submit two applications in the Merton Best awards from 16 categories. But which to choose? We decided Best Enterprising Business and Team Development played to our strengths so we set about answering the questions (the hardest part is sticking to the 250 word limit!) and gathering evidence to back up our answers.
The Team Development category allowed us to demonstrate how we promote equality and diversity and how it impacts on our business. Successful applicants for Best Enterprising Business had to show that they weren’t “standing still and doing the same old things, they’ll be moving and shaking and leading in their markets.”
We found out this week that we have impressed the judges enough to reach the final, which will be held at Epsom Racecourse on 27th September. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
