Delia is Enterprise Nation’s Top UK Business Adviser for IT & Web

Thank you for voting!

Thank you to everyone who responded to our email campaigns and social media shout-outs and voted for Delia in the Enterprise Nation Top UK Business Advisers competition! We gathered on a wet Monday evening in the fabulous surroundings of Chartered Accountants’ Hall and were warmed by the enthusiasm and passion for small business of our host, Enterprise Nation’s Founder, Emma Jones. The fifty advisers and their supporters who were chosen from hundreds of entries from around the UK were there to see if they would make the final ten. We are thrilled that Delia Porter, our Founder and MD, received the most votes in the IT & Web category and was crowned one of the UK’s top 10 business advisers!

The Enterprise Nation Top 50 Advisers competition, powered by Experian, recognises the UK’s top business advisers, professionals, coaches and mentors and highlights the work being done behind the scenes by these experts to help Britain’s army of small businesses to build and grow. They received 300+ nominations in the initial Top 50 Advisers competition and almost 6000 votes from the public to decide the top 10. So thank you once again to everyone who voted for Delia. We are so proud of all her achievements and everything she does to support the business community across south-west London. We’d also like to give a special thank you to our lovely clients who provided testimonials for us, some of which were included in Delia’s application for the competition. We couldn’t do it without you!

This accolade has led to an invitation for Delia to join Emma Jones, who is also the Small Business Crown Representative, on her monthly visit to No 10 Downing Street, to meet the Prime Minister’s business adviser. She will have the opportunity to introduce Business Clan and suggest points to the adviser on how to create the best conditions in the UK for people to start and grow their own businesses. Stay tuned to hear how she gets on!
