Commercial and business skills
Lizzy immersed herself in Russian at Durham University before studying law at City University and the College of Law in London. She trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2000 at Herbert Smith.
In her early days, Lizzy worked on disputes relating to banking, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals before moving to West End law firm Harbottle & Lewis to deal with disputes relating to the world of media and entertainment. When she is not reading up on the GDPR, Lizzy enjoys a good Jack Reacher novel and a cup of tea, as well as attempting to train her wayward Labrador and three children
Working at Business Clan, as a non-practising solicitor, she drafts and reviews contracts from standard terms and conditions to shareholder agreements.
