Delia has 20 years first-hand experience of running and managing small businesses. At Business Clan her focus is on helping clients to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and to implement solutions for best practice and growth.
Nicolle’s sales and product management expertise stems from the travel industry. As Business Development Director, Nicolle meets and greets, and looks after our clients. She also heads up our sales and marketing team.
Leeza’s background is in product marketing, primarily in the entertainment industry. She previously spent 7 years at HarperCollins and 6 years at Sony Pictures where she headed up the home entertainment marketing department.
Shanti developed her passion for design from an early age. At Business Clan she is part of the web design team and provides IT support for email marketing campaigns.
Ellie uses her planning and organisational skills from her 17-year career at the Home Office to provide business and commercial support to Business Clan.
Naomi brings twenty years’ experience across a variety of HR, recruitment and development roles. She is CIPD qualified with a degree in psychology, an accreditation in BPS testing and a City and Guilds Teaching Certificate.
Debbie gained her Bachelor of Laws degree cum laude from the University of Cape Town. She then completed her legal training and worked for a top commercial law firm in South Africa. In 2004 she moved to London and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
Tanya qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998 with KPMG (South Africa) gaining valuable experience auditing a diverse range of businesses.
Janine has over a decade of experience in the IT industry, having worked across a number of sectors including creative and digital agencies, publishing houses, marketing specialists, and global exhibition organisations.
Victoria assists our clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll and accounting functions. She holds a City & Guilds Level 2 in Bookkeeping and Accounts, and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdviser.
Trine draws on her knowledge of art and design, from her time at The Royal Academy of Arts, to craft solid digital experiences for our clients. She has a flair for graphic design and creating beautiful websites.
Bernice has years of experience working with an impressive range of companies in brand management and marketing. With her knowledge and experience she helps our clients with very effective marketing strategies.

Mariam is a Part Qualified ACCA and works with the Bookkeeping & Accounting team at Business Clan to ensure that our clients’ accounts are always up to date and accurate.

Dolina is a keen problem solver, she works with a broad range of skills to help business leaders with their own development as well as that of their teams.
Having started out doing personal tax returns, audit work and financial accounts, Michelle now specialises in personal tax, helping small and medium sized businesses as well as sole traders.
