Danielle got in touch with us because she was looking to attract new customers to her Secret Garden Play Cafe in Kingston-upon-Thames. It is a lively place focused on child-led play with plenty going on including a soft play, sensory room, pottery and messy play sessions, as well as birthday parties. She wanted to communicate to local parents what was on offer in her cafe through a clear website with a better look and feel to her existing one and the ability for her customers to book online. We reworked her logo and rewrote the content as well as designing the new site.
“I was looking for a redesign of my cafe website including help with implementing a new booking system. I can’t recommend Delia highly enough. She went above and beyond to ensure that I understood how to manage my site once it was live and encouarged me to learn a new booking system. She really took the time to work out how Acuity would work best for me. Now I can track my offer codes and see how many people have booked because of different marketing campaigns – something I was unable to do before. The analytics give me a much clearer view of my business.
Jude’s copy writing and the way the website is structured means what is available in my cafe is much clearer to my customers.
I love my new website! I am 100% satisfied with how it looks and works. It gives a very positive image of my business. I know the team at Business Clan know what they are talking and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”
